TECHNOMASHSTROY LLC TMS LLC is a manufacturing company and operates in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. The conditions of exchange / return of goods are carried out by our company in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "Concerning the Protection of Consumer Rights". In the case of signing a contract for the sale of equipment, the conditions of return/exchange may differ (or be supplemented) from those specified in the Law, but in no case may contradict it.
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
In accordance with article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "Concerning the Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer's right is provided to exchange non-food goods of appropriate quality for the same if the purchased goods did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, if this product has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels and settlement document issued by the seller along with the goods are preserved. In the event of a return or exchange of goods - delivery and other transportation costs are paid by the buyer.
According to the Law "Concerning the Protection of Consumer Rights", a company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories indicated in the current "List of non-food goods of good quality, not subject to return and exchange".
