Cubing lines

Cubing lines are represented by two presses, which have significant differences in design and operating principles. So, the cubing press of the ECOPRESS series uses shock-mechanical force to press the briquette. Cubing machines of the ECOPRESS series are able to work with such raw materials as: crushed straw / hay, sawdust, husks of sunflower, buckwheat, rice and grains. As for the cubing press of the BIOMASS series, the pressing of raw materials on this equipment is carried out using a screw and a die body, which is heated to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. This briquette production technology is more economical, but inferior to the other press in productivity. The main raw material for the briquetter of the BIOMASS series is chopped straw/hay. Also, based on this press, our company developed a straw/hay cubing line. Depending on the assemblies, the line has the names "BIOMASS PLUS" (briquette press + VP smoke exhaust system + rotary carousel for bag change) and "BIOMASS MAX" (briquette press + VP smoke exhaust system + rotary carousel for bag change + straw/hay chopper DR-500 + raw material feed table to the grinder).

Recycled briquettes, which you can make on our company's cubing presses, are an excellent alternative to classic energy sources, such as coal or firewood. Sawdust or straw briquettes are capable of heat transfer similar to them, but they have significantly lower production costs and are much more environmentally friendly.
