Aerodynamic drying systems

Aerodynamic drying facilities of the "SA" series manufactured by the TECHNOMASHSTROY LLC are reliable, easy-to-use and popular equipment to reduce the moisture level in various raw materials. Clients of our company buy it, mainly, along with the pelletizing lines of the MLG series, if necessary, reduce the amount of moisture in the sawdust that will need to be pelletized later. Drying facilities are a system of pipes and expanders through which raw materials, together with hot air and smoke, are moved under the influence of draft created by the fan of the VRP series. The source of thermal energy is a stove in which any raw material capable of generating heat is burned. Before getting into the system of pipes and expanders, the raw materials are calibrated on a special worm conveyor of the KSH series. The cyclone air cleaner separates the dry fraction of raw materials from thermal air and smoke.

Aerodynamic dryers for sawdust is represented by two versions - SA-400 and SA-600. The productivity of dryers is from 300 to 600 kg/h, depending on the initial moisture content of the raw materials.
