Granulation lines

The pelletizing lines of the MLG series are divided into several models, depending on the configuration and power of the pelletizer

The MLG-500 line for pelletizing feed and fuel pellets can be presented in two versions MLG-500 COMBI and MLG-500 MAX. These two line options are different with feed hoppers. So, the MLG-500 MAX line is more tailored for granulation of compound feeds, while the MLG-500 COMBI is more suitable for pelletizing fuel pellets. The line is equipped with a feed hopper, a GRAND-200 pelletizer, a cooling and calibration hopper, an exhaust system, and a humidification system. Also, it is possible to replenish the line with the SA-400 drying facility and the TL-500 belt conveyor

The MLG-1000 line for pelletizing feed and fuel pellets MLG-1000 can be presented in two versions MLG-1000 COMBI and MLG-1000 MAX. These two line options are different with feed hoppers. So, the MLG-1000 MAX line is more tailored for granulation of compound feeds, while the MLG-1000 COMBI is more suitable for pelletizing fuel pellets. The line is equipped with a feed hopper, a GRAND-300 pelletizer, a cooling and calibration hopper, an exhaust system, and a humidification system. Also, it is possible to replenish the line with the SA-400 drying facility and TL-1000 belt conveyors

The MLG-1500 line for pelletizing feed and fuel pellets is presented in one version with a universal increased feed hopper with a volume of more than 1 cubic meter. The line is equipped with a feed hopper, a horizontal worm, a GRAND-400 pelletizer, a cooling and calibration hopper, an exhaust system, and a humidification system. Also, it is possible to replenish the line with the SA-600 drying facility, the TL-1000 conveyor belt and the DR-500 universal grinder.
